Mortgage Resumes
Careers that involve being put in charge of lending money to people for mortgages are a fast-track to long-term success. Mortgage lenders must possess great interpersonal skills, trustworthiness (or sadly, the appearance of trustworthiness), and an upbeat, positive attitude. They must be good with numbers and able to solve complex problems that arise in a timely, productive manner.
Likewise, the resumes of anyone looking to get involved with the practice of lending money for mortgages must be a good reflection of these skills, traits, and attributes. Citing experience that involves working with new people everyday, illustrates trustworthiness, or shows an ability solve problems quickly and analytically will look good to potential employers. Any hirer who looks over an application with this type of information on the resume will be impressed and more likely to hire someone over another person who lacks this information. Now, the question that remains is how to go about creating this resume.

Education
You need to list any amount of education that you have received in the past. Begin with your most recent degree and continue down the line, using the format that is provided below:
Name of Institution, City, and State
Degree, Major, and Year Awarded
Grade Point Average of Degree
Do not be afraid to promote your education all the way back to high school. Many employers either look to high school careers as either the moment in which you last spent your years as a child before getting serious in college or the first signs of someone who successfully made it through college. Citing particular experience in the math departments, and maybe within some sort of interpersonal (speech classes) class, will earn adulation from hirers.
Objective:
Mortgage lenders must not only possess the skill necessary for the position, but also a will and desire to help the company at hand. Accordingly, a mortgage resume should reflect this. It will not serve you well to simply write in your accolades and accomplishments, wishing upon a star that you receive the job. You need to provide a look into your future. List your goals and reach for the stars. Ideally, if the job is a good fit for you and the company you are applying within, your goals should go hand in hand with theirs. Providing an outlook that also benefits the company will win garner the interest and support from any and all people who are looking over and evaluating your resume.
Skills:
This portion of the resume should be dedicated towards describing what makes you the ideal candidate for the job. Detail your abilities within the aforementioned areas of people skills, mathematics, and problem solving. If you are convincing enough, you should do well in your job search.
